Business Office

The Business Administrator and Board Secretary handle Board of Education business, such as agendas, attending Board meetings and meeting minutes. Among other things, the Office is responsible for the financial health of the District, facility management and transportation services

On a daily basis, the Office manages software which maintains our financial and personnel data, and payroll. Financial goals that are in line with the District's curriculum and educational goals are developed in this Office. Additionally, we analyze economic data, student enrollment projections and grant opportunities, keeping up with new laws and regulations from the NJ Department of Education in Trenton, and preparation of the annual audit.

The Business Office conducts risk management assessments such as evaluating existing risk to the District and managing insurance plans which include worker's compensation, liability, theft and fire, as well as our health and dental insurances.  The office also oversees facilities and the districts Buildings & Grounds Department.
