During their Informational Writing Unit in Writing Workshop, K-Rigg students researched different types of animals. Students then worked collaboratively to create informational posters to share about the animals they conducted research for. Students included important information on their posters in the form of various nonfiction text features such as diagrams, fun facts, illustrations with labels, etc. and then students proudly presented their posters.
