On Monday, October 14th our staff participated in various professional learning opportunities. Thank you to our guest presenters, Patty McGee, Bill Jackson, Makoto Yoshida, and Tyler Richards for leading informative sessions connected to English Language Arts and Math.
Bogert Road between Howland and Windsor will be milled on the 3rd and 4th of Oct. This is scheduled to be resurfaced on Monday, 14Oct. Other than having an unfinished road in front of the Cherry Hill School for about a week, we do not expect any disruption to the school schedule.

At our recent Back to School Night, student ambassadors were on hand to direct parents around the schools. After meeting with teachers, parents had the opportunity to visit the Community Fair held in each of the school gymnasiums. The fairs showcased many organizations that take place in the Borough of River Edge and inside our schools. Thank you to everyone who made this a successful event!

Literacy Consultant, Patty McGee, and Math Consultants, Bill Jackson and Makoto Yoshida, have joined River Edge Edge staff members to "dig deep" into the New Jersey Student Learning Standards and to plan engaging lessons and activities for the new school year. Learning is fun, no matter what time of year it is.
